Walk in Your Customer’s Shoes

This week’s Fundamental is “Walk in Your Customer’s Shoes.”

What does that mean? Understand your client’s world. The better you understand them, the more you can meet their needs.

We recently held the first in person company meeting in over a year. In that meeting, our CEO Rhonda Champion emphasized the need to differentiate PayPro from the many competitors that provide HCM services.

One way to differentiate us from other service bureaus is to get to know our clients so that we can understand their needs better.

If a client has a lot of turnover, think about how much work it takes for them to hire new employees. 

Then ask yourself, if I had to hire 10 new employees, what would make the hiring process easier and less time consuming?

Could I benefit from applicant tracking or onboarding?

By walking in your client’s shoes, you can be that differentiator that makes their lives easier.
