Be Fanatic About Response Time

If our customers send me an email, they are asking me to take time out of my schedule to respond. They have issues they are facing, and they cannot resolve those issues without my help.

They are asking me to “pay attention,” and maybe another of putting that is they are asking “am I important to you?” Response time is not just about getting an answer back quickly, many times it takes research to find a correct response.

But it only takes a few seconds to respond with, “Just wanted you to know, I read your email and I am on it. I'll get back to you as soon as I have the information you requested."

Now there may be the need of updates, but by keeping the client/prospect updated you are saying “you are important to me." That is keeping with our customer focus and having our customers trust us like a loyal friend.
